As a Buyer there are times where you would like to get a quote on a product that you have sold before, but now you just want to change a couple of details and get new pricing on it. You are now able to add those products straight from your Catalog and get them into a Project where you can adjust colors, details, dimensions, description, etc.

This is how you'll do it:

Go to: left menu button > Categories > Select Department > Select Category > Click Project > Click "Create"

  • Now that you have created the Project shell by assigning it a name, Program, and Freight, you will see an "Add Products" button once you click into the Project itself.

  • Click on the "Add Products" button, and it will take you to a page to add products directly from the Catalog.

  • You can search for the products by using the Search field and Filters.

  • Click the checkboxes of the desired products, and then click the "Add Products (#)" button at the top-right.

  • Those chosen products will be in the draft Project waiting for Suppliers to be added.

  • Add the desired Suppliers and then click "Request Quote" at the top right hand side of the page.
